摘要
随着信息技术的发展和智慧城市的兴起,市民对信息化的需求更加个性化、多样化,对智慧城市的信息服务提出了更高的要求。本文首先分析了当前市民服务信息化存在的问题,进而描述了智慧城市信息服务的对象、内容和主要特征,给出了以用户为中心、以市民主页为平台构建智慧城市信息服务系统的可行性方案,详细阐述了市民主页的主要内涵、服务模式、设计思想、平台架构等,最后为智慧城市信息服务的发展提出了建议。
With the development of information technology and the growth of the smart city, the public demand for information technology more personalized and diversified, and higher requirements for the information services of the smart city are put forward. The existed problems of current citizen information services were analyzed, and then the objects, contents and main features of smart city information service system were described. To conclude ,it is feasible to build the user-oriented information service system of smart city and the citizen homepage as its platform, and the public homepage connotation, service model, design thinking and platform architecture were elaborated on. Finally, the development of the smart city information services were recommended.
