摘要
本文首先通过相关文献分析了农产品流通模式的研究现状,然后通过对影响生鲜农产品流通模式演进的动力和制约因素进行详细分析,认为生产和消费方面的推动力是其模式演进的原动力,而传统体系和生产方式与规模的制约、投入资源不足等是其阻碍因素。在对传统的农贸市场流通模式与生鲜超市流通模式在生产、流通效率、安全控制等方面进行比较研究后,发现了新型流通模式的先进性,并对新型流通模式的弊端进行了分析。
The circulation mode of agricultural products is analyzed through literature research. And a detailed analysis is carried out on the driven forces and restriction factors of the evolution of the circulation mode of fresh agriculture products. It is found that driven forces concerning production and consumption are the prime power of the mode evolution. And constraints rooted in the traditional system, the mode and scale of production and the lack of resources are the restriction factors. By comparing the circulation mode of traditional farmers market with fresh supermarket circulation mode in terms of production, circulation efficiency and safety control, the nature of advancement of the new circulation mode is discovered. The drawbacks brought by the new circulation mode are analyzed, and some related suggestions are put forward.
