摘要
对电力电缆取电互感器选用的磁性材料、线圈寄生参数、输出阻抗匹配和最大感应取电功率等进行了系统的分析、研究和实验,解决了感应取电效率最大化的线圈材料、线圈绕制结构、输出负载阻抗匹配等问题。设计生产的标准取电互感器单元输出功率为1.5 W/3 W,最大输出电流为250 mA,输出电压6 V和12 V可供选择。通过工程批量使用,满足了电力隧道监控和通信设备的供电需求。
The magnetic materials,coil parasitic parameters,output impedance matching and the max.induction take electric power for the power cable take electrical transformer were analyzed,studied and tested to solve the problems of maximizing the induction take electricity efficiency on coil method,coil around the system structure and output load impedance matching.The standard take electricity transformer designed and produced has 1.5 W/3 W unit output power,250 mA maximum output current and 6 V/12 V output voltages.Through the engineering batch use,it fits the requirements of the electrical tunnel monitoring and the power supply of communication equipments.
