摘要
以天然的凹凸棒土(ATP)为原料,通过离子交换法、浸渍法制得V2O5负载Fe2O3柱撑凹凸棒土(V2O5/Fe-P ATP),并考查了催化剂(V2O5/Fe-P ATP)低温选择性催化还原NO的活性。运用XRD、红外光谱、扫描电镜、比表面积、孔结构对催化剂进行表征。实验发现,通过Fe2O3柱撑改性的凹凸棒土对于低温选择性催化还原NO具有很好的活性,尤其当温度为220℃时,NO的脱硝效率可达到90%以上。
Natural attapulgite was used as a raw material for the preparation of iron pillared clays. The iron-oxide pillared attapulgite(Fe-P ATP )was prepared by direct exchange of interlayer sodium cations in attapulgite for iron cations. And the activity of the attapulgite for the selective catalytic reduction(SCR)of NOx at low temperatures was also investiga- ted. Vanadia(V2O5 )-doped iron-oxide pillared attapulgite(V2O5/Fe-P ATP)by impregnation was characterized with X-ray diffraction(XRD), surface area-and pore volume measurements, Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and scan- ning electron microscopy(SEM). Modified attapulgite was found to be active and selective catalysts for the reduction of NOx with ammonia at low temperatures. Especially at about 220℃, the efficiency of NOx removal was up to 90%.
