摘要
以聚乙烯醇、硼酸、尿素为原料,九水硝酸铁为催化剂,采用溶胶-凝胶法,在碱性的条件下制备干凝胶粉体。然后,该粉体在1200℃、50mL·min-1的NH3加热3h制备得大量蓝灰色的松软粉体。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM,)、X射线能谱(EDS)及透射电子显微镜(TEM)对产物进行形貌、结构和成份上的分析。结果显示,产物中有大量的直径为40~100nm的硼碳氮纳米管生成。同时还对溶胶-凝胶法制备硼碳氮纳米管的影响因素研究如反应温度和反应时间进行了初步的探讨。
Using HaBO3 ,poly vinyl alcohol(PVA-124)and urea[CO(NH2 )2 ]as the main raw materials,Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as catalyst, the xeroget precursor was prepared by sol-gel method in alkaline solution. Then the precursor was heated at 1200℃ under ammonia(NH3 )gas flow for 3 h. The products were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion spectroscopy(EDS)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results indicated that large quantity of B-C-N nanotubes was synthesized and the diameter of the nanotubes ranged between 40nm to 100nm. Moreover, the influencing factors such as reaction temperature and time were discussed.
