摘要
通过对川维厂甲醇装置改造前后原料气中杂质对合成甲醇系统的影响分析 ,认为其中乙炔含量必须严格控制 ,氮气、乙烯均能导致副产物的产生 ,氮气在一定条件下会生成少量三甲胺 ,乙烯主要生成乙烷 ,其次生成乙醇 ,再次生成石蜡、聚合物 ,但这并不影响合成甲醇生产装置的正常运行。
By analyzing the influence of impurities in feed gas on methanol synthetic system before or after the system innovation,it is supposed that the ethyne in feed gas should be strictly restricted,and both N_2 and ethyline can cause by product formation:a small amount of trimethylamine is formed from N_2 in definite conditions and that formed from ethylene are mainly ethane,secondly ethanol and subsequently parrafix wax and polymer,but these do not affect the well operation of methanol synthetic system
