摘要
综合运用主观评价法、仪器测试、铅覆盖法确定出某国产越野车的前围、左右后门三角窗及A柱是其主要传声路径,进一步采用隔声降噪方法对汽车进行声学包装改进。测试结果表明,改进后车内怠速噪声、车内匀速噪声和加速噪声比改进前降低了3dB(A),达到了降噪目标,提高了该车型的市场竞争力,对低噪声车辆的开发具有重要意义。
The front wall, back door triangular windows and A column of a domestic SUV were identified as the main sound transmission path by comprehensively utilizing methods of Subjective evaluation, instrument test and lead cover. Furthermore, acoustic performance of this car was improved with noise insulation method to reduce noise. The test results showed that the idle noise, constant noise and acceleration noise inside the improved car were reduced as much as 3dB (A) than the car without improvement, reaching the noise reduction target, improving the market competition of this car and of great significance for low noise vehicle development.
