摘要
目的:探讨锁定钢板结合微创钢板接骨(MIPPO)术治疗肱骨中下段骨折的临床疗效。方法:将52例患者随机分为治疗组26例和对照组26例。对照组采用锁定钢板结合MIPPO术,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药熏洗。结果:治疗组优良率为84.62%,对照组优15.40%,两组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:锁定钢板结合MIPPO技术结合中药外洗方具有创伤小、骨折愈合率高、并发症少等优点。
Objective ： To investigate the effect of locking plate combined with MIPPO technique in the treatment of fractures of the distal humerus. Methods ：52 patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 26 cases and control group of 26 eases. The control group was treated with locking plate combined with MIPPO technology, the treatment group was treated with fumigation of Chinese medicine in the control group on the basis of. Results：In treatment group, the excellent and good rate was 84.62%, control group was excellent in 15. 40%, good rate of two groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：Locking plate combined with MIPPO technology combined with traditional Chinese medicine prescription has small trauma,high rate of fracture healing,fewer complications.
