摘要
目的:观察腓骨管型钢板合皮质骨螺钉治疗Maisonneuve骨折的临床疗效。方法:Maisonneuve骨折9例均采用腓骨管型钢板合皮质骨螺钉治疗。结果:踝关节功能恢复、活动范围正常者7例占77.8%,活动范围受限≤15°者1例占11.1%,皮质骨螺钉断裂1例占11.1%,有效率为88.9%。结论:腓骨管型钢板合皮质骨螺钉治疗Maisonneuve骨折对恢复踝关节正常功能恢复具有重要意义。
Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect fibular tube plate of cortical bone screws therapy Maisonneuve fracture. Methods ：9 cases of fibular tube plate of cortical bone screws in treating Maisonneuve fracture. Results ： Ankle joint function recovery, the scope activities of normal 7 cases account for 77.8% ,range restriction 1 cases accountion for 11.1% ,cortical bone screw fracture 1 cases accountion for 11.1% ,laseris 88.9%. Conclusion：Fibular tube plate of cortical bone screws therapy Maisonneuve fracture has important significance for recovery of ankle function.
