摘要
以"本土化"作为创新点,通过对临终关怀、社会工作以及社会工作本土化概念的描述,对社会工作介入临终关怀领域的本土化挑战与伦理困境进行分析。在对社会工作介入临终关怀的本土化路径进行探究时,阐述了六大主要介入领域,并提出了以服务对象为中心、以家人及好友为支持、以社区为支撑、以专业团队为保障的四位一体服务模式,以期为我国临终关怀事业的发展及社会工作介入临终关怀事业的本土化路径提出建议。
Using ＂localization＂ as innovation point in this paper, the author discussed the concept of hospice care, social work and the social work localization, and then analyzed the challenge and ethical dilemma of the lo- calization path for social work into hospice care. Six main fields were mentioned and the service model of service objects as the center, using the supports of their families and friends, taking letting the professional team as guarantee was also proposed. With this, the ojective opment of hospice care in China and especially the localization path for social work takingthe community service as basis and was to references for the devel- into hospice care.
