摘要 研究了在交联剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠,催化剂次亚磷酸钠存在条件下,阻燃剂硼酸在纯棉织物阻燃整理中的应用性能。结果表明,该阻燃剂的优化阻燃整理工艺为:硼酸60 g/L,EDTA二钠20 g/L,次亚磷酸钠20 g/L,用氨水调节pH=4,焙烘温度160℃,焙烘时间3 min。经过整理后的纯棉织物无续燃,具有良好的阻燃性,同时,整理织物的强力损失较小,白度几乎没有损失。 The paper studied the application of boric acid as a flame retardant for cotton fabric with crosslinking agent, sodium hypophosphite as catalyst. The 60 g/L, sodium salt of EDTA 20 g/L, sodium hypophosph curing at 160℃ and for 3 min. The finished cotton fabr results show that te 20 g/L, the pH ics have excellent , the best finish of solution was ng process was adjusted to 4 by EDTA as boric acid ammonia, flame retardancy, little strength loss and whiteness loss.
