摘要
针对纯棉针织布练漂效果影响因素多、重现性差的问题,从温度、时间、精练剂、烧碱、双氧水、双氧水稳定剂、浴比和水洗方式等方面进行探讨,总结出适合纯棉针织布的练漂工艺,通过对各因素的分析,找出了提高纯棉针织布练漂效果重现性、增强织物品质的合理方法。
Aimed at too many impact factors as well as poor reproducibility of scouring and blenching effects for cotton knitted fabric, the discussion considering temperature, treatment time, scouring agent, alkali, hydrogen peroxide, stabilizer of hydrogen peroxide, liquor ratio and washing method is presented. The optimized scouring and bleaching process suitable for cotton knitted fabric is concluded. And the reasonable method to improve the reproducibility of scouring and bleaching effect and the quality of bleached fabric was found out.
