摘要
利用Kalman滤波技术和二溴苯基荧光酮-溴化十六烷基三甲基铵-C_2H_5OH分光光度测定体系,同时对Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅳ)进行测定。Cr(Ⅲ)的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.96 × 10~5 L· mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),线性范围为0~ 4.0 x10-6mol/L;Cr(Ⅵ)的表观摩尔吸光系数为4.16 ×10~5L· mol^(-1)· cm^(-1),线性范围为0~5.2×10^(-1)mol/L。
A system of' dibromophenylfluorone (DBPF) - cetyltrimethylamonium bromide (CTMAB)- C2H5OH'-Kalman Filter spectrophotometry for speciation analysis of inorganic chromium has been studied. We utilized kalman filter method to resolve the overlapping spectra of Cr(Ⅲ) complex and Cr(Ⅵ) complex and established a simultaneous detemination method for Cr(Ⅲ) and C(Ⅵ). The apparent molar absorption coefficients are 1 .96 x 105 L'mol^(-l). cm^(-1) for Cr(Ⅲ) and 4. 16 x 105 L.mel^(-1). cm^(-1) for Cr(Ⅵ). Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 4 .0 x 10^(-6) mol/L and 0 - 5. 2 x 10^(-6) mol/L respectively for Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ). The sensitivity and accuracy of the method were satisfactory when the system was used for practical samples.
