摘要
本研究开发并试测了一组测量归纳语言学习能力和语法敏感性的外语学能试题。34名英语专业三年级学生参加了本次测试。描述性数据表明归纳语言学习试题太过容易而语法敏感性试题难易适中。在对试题进行质量分析和信度分析的基础上,对不合格的题目进行了删减。皮尔逊相关分析的结果表明,修改后的语法敏感性试题与学生的英语写作成绩显著相关,回归分析结果显示它能解释写作成绩约19%的变异,这为该部分试题的效度提供了证据。
This study aims to develop and pilot a test measuring adult Chinese foreign language learners' inductive language learning ability and grammatical sensitivity. 34 third-year English majors from a key versity participated in the study. The descriptive statistics showed that the inductive language comprehensive uni- learning subtest was too easy for the participants while the grammatical sensitivity subtest was of appropriate level. Based on the results of item analysis and reliability analysis, some low-quality items were removed. Pearson product moment analysis showed that the participants' performance on the modified grammatical sensitivity subtest was correlated significant-ly with their scores of English writing, and the result of regression analysis revealed that it could explain about 19% of the variance of their writing scores, thus lending support to the validity of this subtest.
