摘要
蒙古国矿产资源丰富,随着蒙古国经济的发展及对资源开发力度的加大,对电力的需求也不断增加。为了加大对蒙古国的电力出口,通过对蒙西电网对蒙古国5个口岸供电情况的调查和分析,提出加强蒙西电网担负的境外送电的输变电工程、供用电项目的建设以及相关输变电设备资产的运行维护和管理,提高境外供电管理水平,并组织对蒙古国供用电管理模式及相关问题的调研等建议。
Mongolia is enriched in mineral resources. With the economy development and resources exploitation, the power demand in Mongolia is increasing continually. Through survey and analysis of five ports, through which West Mongolia Power Grid export electricity to Mongolia, the author proposed to strengthen West Power Grid construction and enhance electricity exporting management level, so as to provide better exporting service and expend the market in Mongolia. It is stated to strengthen operation and maintenance management to power transmission facilities, and to strengthen management of overseas power supply project. It is also necessary to make research and investigation to Mongolian power supply, consumption management mode, and relevant issues.
