摘要
内蒙古京隆发电有限责任公司切入华北电网后,原来的双线路输出变为单线路(京大线)向外送出负荷,为了确保单线路开关跳闸联跳发电机出口开关,并且不会引起发电机超速,对线路保护、断路器保护及厂用快切装置进行改进完善,增加了线路跳闸联跳发变组保护回路,确保线路故障跳闸后联跳两台发电机;增加线路跳闸闭锁厂用快切回路,并分段闭锁厂用快切装置,防止备用电源因容量不够而引起的过负荷运行,以保证机组的安全停运及厂用电的可靠切换。
