摘要
新的《医院财务制度》与《医院会计制度》已于2012年1月在全国公立医院正式实施。新制度对医院财务管理的影响主要表现在四个方面:促使医院构建有效的财务管理机制,促进医院加强预算管理,促进医院加强成本管理,促使医院加强财务风险防范。
The new hospital financial system and hospital accounting system were formally implemented in public hospitals in January 2012. The new systems will have main influence on four areas for hospitals： establish an effective financial management system; strengthen budget management; strengthen cost management; strengthen the financial risk prevention.
