摘要
针对行走且工作头以一定回转中心做往复摆动的机具,对其作业质量做出定量评价。通过建模,采用质点速度分析法求出质点的轨迹方程并绘出喷播机作业的喷撒图。通过计算三种动力配套作业喷撒图中漏空、重叠面积及所占百分比,分析得到喷撒作业时最优化的喷管摆动频次和机引速度。为各型拖拉机配套作业,合理选择机引速度提供理论依据,并为喷播机改进及此类作业机械的设计提供参考。
