2型糖尿病患者足部汗腺分泌功能与下肢血管病变的关系

Relationship between foot sweat gland secretory function and lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type two diabetes mellitus

摘要 目的:研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者足部汗腺功能与下肢血管病变的关系。方法:分别采用血管彩色多普勒超声和欧米诺汗印法(新型诊断膏贴,Neuropad)对98例T2DM患者进行周围血管及泌汗神经功能检测,记录欧米诺汗印法左右足开始变色及完全变色时间。结果:糖尿病并周围血管病变组左足与右足欧米诺开始变色时间分别为(3.7±2.66)min与(3.61±2.56)min,左足与右足欧米诺完全变色时间分别为(22.07±9.97)min与(20.94±10.71)min,均显著高于糖尿病无周围血管病变组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病合并周围血管病变患者足部泌汗功能差。 Objective: To study the relationship between foot sweat gland secretory function and lower extremity vascular disease in patients with type two diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods: Ninety-eight patients with T2DM were detected and evaluated by Neuropad (A new diagnostic tool) and the intravascular ultrasound. Time of the beginning and complete colour change of in left and right foot were recorded. Results: Start time of colour change of Neuropad lower extremity in left and right foot were (3.7±2.66) min, (3.61±2.56) min respectively. Time of complete colour change of Neuropad in left and right foot were ( 22.07 ±9.97 ) min, ( 20. 94 ± 10.71 ) min respectively. They were significantly higher than those in patients without lower extremity vascular disease (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion: The foot sweat gland secretory function in T2DM patients with lower extremity vascular disease is more bad than without lower extremity vascular disease.
