摘要
针对城市排水生产运行管理中存在的沟通不畅、责任不明、进度失控等导致效率低下的问题,开展了基于工作流驱动的生产协作平台软件的应用研究。首先以杭州市排水有限公司为应用背景阐明生产协作平台的建设目标,着重介绍了系统组成及包括专业协作、通用协作在内的各模块功能;其次,总结了技术特点与应用效果;最后针对实际应用遇到的新问题,提出进一步改进的方向。
In urban drainage production operation and management, poor communication, unclear responsibilities and runaway progress led to low efficiency problem. The application research of produc- tion collaboration platform software based on workflow-driven technology was carried out. The goal for construction of the production collaboration platform for Hangzhou Drainage Co. Ltd. was elaborated, and the system components and the modules functions including the professional collaboration and the common collaboration were introduced. The technical features and the application effect were summarized. To ad- dress the new problems in the practical application, the directions for further improvement were pro- posed.
