摘要
介绍沙角电厂Ｃ厂从国外首次引进的Ｑ４ｗ设备维修管理系统软件，阐述Ｑ４ｗ系统运行的网络平台和数据 平台。通过Ｑ４ｗ系统的实施和完善，规范了电厂设备维修管理，缩短了任务流的传递周期，保证了电厂生产任务有 序进行；提高了材料管理水平，使设备维修管理与材料管理之间建立了动态联系，为维修工作实行成本控制提供了 手段；同时也为电厂信息管理建立了规范构架。
This paper gives an introduction to the Q4w management system software of equipment maintenance imported: from abroad first by Shajiao C Power Plant and elaborates network platform and data platform of Q4w system operation. Through the implementation and improvement of Q4w system, a. the maintenance management of equipment of power plant is standardized and the transmitting period of task stream is reduced, so as to ensure orderly carrying-out of production task; b. the management level of materials is raised, so as to establish dynamic connection between equipment maintenance manage- ment and materials management, providing means for implementing cost control in maintenance works; c. in the mean- time, the standardized framework is set up for information management of power ptant as well.
