摘要 采用"水洗—酸浸"工艺进行石英砂提纯试验研究。结果表明:单独采用盐酸进行酸浸对除铁提纯有明显的效果;以盐酸为酸浸液,进一步研究盐酸质量分数、酸浸温度、酸浸时间以及酸液与石英砂的质量比等条件对石英砂提纯效果的影响,并通过正交实验得到了优化的提纯工艺条件,即盐酸质量分数为10%,酸浸温度为45℃,盐酸溶液与石英砂质量比为5∶1,酸浸时间为5h。在此条件下,提纯后石英砂的SiO2质量分数为99.66%,Fe2O3质量分数为71×10-6。 The “ water-acid leaching” process purification tests showed that a separate hydrochloric acid leaching purification for removal of iron had a significant effect. Further study was carried out of mass fraction of hydrochloric acid,acid leaching temperature and time and mass ratio of acid to quality of quartz sand and other conditions on the purification effect of quartz sand, using hydro chloric acid as leaching solution and its purification process condi- tions were optimized by orthogonal experiments: mass fraction of hydrochloric acid being 10%, acid leaching temperature 45 ℃, mass ratio of hydrochloric acid solution to quartz sand 5 : 1,acid leaching time 5 hrs. Under these conditions, the purified quartz sand SiO2mass fraction is 99.66%,the mass fraction of Fe2O3 is 71×10-6.
