摘要 移动学习(m-Learning)是移动技术与e-Learning技术相结合的产物。本文阐述了在培训的调研、组织、实施和评估四个阶段中,通过移动学习来传递、收集、分享各类有用信息,在学员中组织起高效的学习团队,营造积极分享的学习氛围,让企业员工主动地进行学习。 Today with the rapid development of the wireless mobile technology and the Internet area, Enterprises can learn at anytime, anywhere and personal learning as the breakthrough the traditional wired communication manacle; Mobile learning (m-learning) combined mobile technology and e-Learning technology which has been more and more enterprises recognized by enterprises in the enterprise knowledge management, cultural heritage, human resource management and training. This article focus on the question of the enterprise staff training, proposed in the training of research, organization, implementation and training extension periods, enterprises can transfer, collect and share all kinds of useful information by m-learning, enable staff to organize highly efficient learning team, create and share a positive learning environment in order to make staff initiative learning. The article is said to get rid of the traditional training management mode with m-learning technology, promoting the enterprise change the training operation mode, Result in training management is more suitable and effective. With the help of mobile learning, enterprises will become a really learning organization.
