摘要
华北电力大学图书馆在完善组织机构、制定管理办法、招募和培训志愿者等方面进行了志愿者服务体系建设。高校图书馆在建立志愿者服务体系时应制定完善的激励机制,开辟特色的服务内容,营造志愿文化的氛围,打造志愿者的精神家园。同时,图书馆员要发挥表率作用,给予志愿者引导和帮助,激发志愿者参与图书馆服务工作的热情。
North China Electric Power University Library constructs the volunteer service system in perfecting the organization structure, formulating the management measure, recruiting and training volunteers, and so on. When constructing the volunteer service system, university libraries should formulate the perfect incentive mechanism, set up the characteristic service content, create the volunteer cultural atmosphere, and build the volunteer spirit homeland. At the same time, librarians should play a leading role, guide and help volunteers, and excite volunteer＇s enthusiasm to participate into the library service work.
