本文介绍了在圆柱、圆截柱或方柱弹性元件的中心,对称的加工出圆形盲孔,形成十字形腹板的盲孔拉伸式称重传感器;对称的加工出斜方形盲孔,形成斜方形腹板的盲孔剪切式称重传感器。简单介绍了这两种结构称重传感器的工作原理、结构特点和在电子吊秤中的应用,重点介绍了斜方形盲孔剪切式称重传感器的受力分析和理论计算。
This paper introduces in the center of cylinder, circular section column or a square column elastic elements, symmetrical working out circular blind holes, Formed the cross blind holes stretching type weighing sensor, and symmetrical work out inclined square blind hole, formed rhombus blind hole of the web shear type weighing sensor. This article introduces the structure of these two kinds of weighing sensor working principle, structural features and application in the electronic hanging scale, and focuses on the inclined square blind shear type weighing sensor stress analysis and theoretical calculation.
