摘要
在创新人才培养模式背景下,跨专业综合实训课程的出现建立了新的认知结构和行动模式,实现了职业能力的发展。我校自2011年起通过四期跨专业综合实训,使参与学生实现了在环境中体验、在对抗中思考、在行动中认知、在组织中协同,能力和素质得到了极大的提升。本文以课程体系中所需的金融实务技能为切入点,强化相关的实践环节,以促进跨专业综合实训课程的完善。
In the context of innovative talent training mode, the advent of interdisciplinary comprehensive training established a new cognitive structure and mode of action, and realized the de- velopment of occupation ability. Since 2011 our school has im- plemented four batches of interdisciplinary comprehensive train- ing, and it greatly improved students＇ ability and quality. Starting from the financial practice skills required in the curriculum sys- tem, this paper enhances relevant practice links, so as to promote the perfection of interdisciplinary comprehensive practice course.
