摘要
利用YS高活性环氧乙烷银催化剂的乙烯环氧化动力学方程,根据环氧乙烷工业反应器工况及操作条件进行物料衡算、热量衡算,建立了拟均相二维数学模型,得到了不同的工艺操作条件下反应器催化剂床层中反应温度及反应组分浓度沿轴、径向的分布数据。对一维、二维拟均相数学模型计算结果进行了比较,并与工业实际数据对比,结果表明,两种模型计算结果接近,与工业装置数据都基本吻合。二维数学模型由于考虑了径向的温度和浓度梯度,计算结果更接近工业数据。
The pseudo-homogeneous of two-dimension mathematical model was set by ethylene epoxidation kinetic equations of YS highly active silver catalyst from ethylene to ethylene oxide, based on the operating conditions of industrial reactor, the balances of feed and heat calculated; the distribution data of reaction temperature and reaction component concentration along the axial and radial direction in catalyst bed layer of the reactor at different process operating conditions were obtained from the model. The calculation results with one-dimensional, two-dimensional of the homogeneous mathematical model and plant production data compared with, the results showed that the calculation results from the two models were approximate, and accordance with data from the industrial production plant. The calculation results of two-dimensional mathematical model were closer to data from the plant because of radial gradients of temperature and concentration in the reactor taken into account.
