摘要
提出并实现了适合于组合自由曲面整体加工的一种刀轨生成算法 .该算法将加工曲面离散成三角化模型 ,在三角化模型中直接生成无干涉刀位轨迹 ,刀轨生成与刀轨干涉处理统一在一个算法中 .根据曲面的形状规划刀轨 ,使刀轨的行距能够随曲面的倾斜程度而调整 ,有效地解决了组合曲面加工编程中曲面之间存在断开、裂缝、局部搭接现象 ,提高了加工效率和精度 .
From the view pointof engineering application,a finish tool path generation for freeform com- pound surfaces based on surface's triangle tessellation was presented,which combines the generation and interference of tool path into the same process.Thetool path can be adapted according to the shape of sur- faces meanwhile the break,gap and overlap between adjacent surface patches are eliminated.Itis proved that the milling efficiency and quality is promoted.
