摘要
目前 ,我国国产数控机床市场占有率低的主要原因是可靠性达不到要求 ,在“九五”期间将对数控车床和加工中心产品进行攻关改进 ,使其可靠性水平得到提高。本文以沈阳第一机床厂的攻关产品CAK系列数控车床作为研究对象 ,按故障部位对CAK系列数控车床建立整机故障树 ,并求出故障树的全部最小割集和结构函数。清晰地表达了此系列数控车床故障事件的内在联系、逻辑关系和传播途径 ,对设计人员或使用、管理及维修人员具有很大参考价值。
The major reason for the low market possession of domestic digital control machines is that the reliability couldnt come up to the demands at present.During the state ninth five year plan,something must be done to tackle key problems of digital control lathes and machining centers to improve their reliability.The paper collects the field failure data from the users and also from the maintenance workers of the SHENYANG No 1 Machine Tool Factory who is famous for its CAK lathes reliability of the whole lathes.The paper analyzes further failure modes and failure causes of the subsystems whose fault is the most frequent.The vulnerable subsystem of the lathe is obtained by the criticality analysis,which the reliability modification design will be based on.The paper offers full, accurate and reliable information for the reliable design.The paper constructs the fault trees of CAK CNC lathes according to the fault positions and gets the minimal cut sets and structure function.The fault trees of CAK lathes indicate clearly interior connection,logic relation and spread way of fault events,which are very useful for designers,operators, administrative and maintenance engineers.
