对水溶液中具有两个客体部分的荧光试剂，β－环糊精二聚物的增敏效果明显优越于β－ＣＤ，这是由于二聚物一链上的相邻二个β－ＣＤ对空腔在包结时共同作用的结果．
β-cyclodextrin dimer exhibits a much larger fluorescence enhancement than β-cyclodextrin to ward fluorescent reagent with two guest parts in aqueous solution. This is due to the cooperation in binding of the adjacent two cyclodextrin units on a polymer chain.
