摘要
古今中外 ,自然人间 ;信息无处不在 ,无时不有 .但信息只有参与流通过程 ,才能具有生命力 ,形成生产力 .世界上发生的四次最有影响的信息大交流 ,都对有关区域的文化繁荣、科技发展起到了重要杠杆作用 ,大大加快了人类文明史的进程 .当前 ,一个规模更大、范围更广、深度更阔的信息大交流正席卷全世界 ,谁能捷足先登于信息社会这块“新大陆” ,谁就有可能称雄全球以至整个宇宙 。
As we all know ,information exists in modern or ancient times, in China or elsewhere,but it does not have vitality nor productive forces unless it is exchanged and shared in the world. The four most influncial information exchanges in the world have had an pivot effect on the prosperity of culture and the development of science and technology in the related areas,which has made great progress in human civilization.Currently,another flow of information is sweeping across the world.Those who are the first to come into the “New World of Information”will be masters of the world.We should take hold of this good opportunity and never let it go.
