摘要
当前地方高校推行应用型人才战略,信息素养教育成为新一轮教学内容和课程体系改革的热点。从大学生信息素养教育的意义出发,阐述信息技术基础的课程理念、教学方法、教学内容及其课程标准。
The current implementation of local university applied talents strategy, information literacy education become a new round of teaching contents and curriculum system reform hot spot.
