水蒸气介质下U71Mn钢高温氧化动力学实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 实验研究了U71Mn钢在水蒸气介质下高温氧化动力学规律,对重轨钢进行了780,900,950,1 180℃等4个不同温度条件下的恒温180 min氧化,分别绘制了上述温度下的氧化增重曲线,并计算出不同实验温度下U71Mn钢的氧化速率.结果表明,重轨钢在上述温度条件下的氧化增重曲线遵循线性规律,氧化速率随温度的变化遵循指数规律. Four experiments of U71Mn steel under high-temperature vapor medium were carried out for 180 min at the temperatures of 780℃,900℃,950℃,and 1180℃ to obtain its oxidation kinetics.Curves of oxidation-time were plotted,and the oxidation kinetic velocity was also computed.The result showed that under the above-mentioned temperatures,the increase of oxidation weight curves of U71Mn steel followed the linear law,while the oxidation rate constants increased with temperature following the exponential rule.
