摘要
通过从体育竞赛的概念分析入手,对体育竞赛的社会化管理要素进行了探讨,并对体育竞赛的规范化管理的实施路径进行了一定的分析,从而对保障竞赛参与各方的权益,利用多种手段和途径,在外部加强立法和引导,在内部建立合理的激励和约束机制,来保证体育竞赛市场的自由竞争和良性发展。
Though the analysis of the concept of sports competition, I will talk about the elements and analyze the implementation of the standardization of the management of the sports competition, so that we can ensure the rights and interests of each sides, enhance the legislation and guidance from the outside by using various kinds of means, establish reasonable mechanism of encouragement and restraint from inside to ensure the free benign development of the sports competition market.
