摘要 为了深入研究弯起器对钢绞线摩阻预应力损失的影响,在折线配筋先张梁新型弯起器研制基础之上,设计了相应试验方案,研究了采用不同导向半径R与弯折角度θ时钢绞线弯折摩阻预应力损失情况,得出R≤50 mm或R≥100 mm时弯起器弯折摩阻系数μ随R与θ变化相对平缓,而50 mm<R<100 mm时μ随着R的增大急剧减小的影响规律,并深入分析了其产生机理;同时以试验数据为基础,提出了考虑不同导向半径R影响的钢绞线弯折摩阻预应力损失统一计算公式,为折线配筋先张法预应力混凝土先张梁的深入研究与推广应用提供了设计依据与试验数据支持。 In order to research the friction prestress loss of steel strands caused by bend component, the experiment scheme is designed based on the development of a new bend component for polyline pretensioned beam (PPSCB). The regularity and mechanism of prestress loss due to friction affected by radius R and bending angle θ are analyzed. The result shows that the variation trend of fraction coefficient μ is relatively gentle when R≤50 mm or R ≥ 100 mm, but sharply reduced when 50 mm 〈 R 〈 100 mm. The generation mechanism of this influence is discussed. In addition, the uniform calculating formulas of friction prestress loss of steel strands is presented based on experiment data, which takes the affection factor R into account. It provides design basis and experiment data for further research and application of polyline pretensioned beams.
