摘要 XCR1[chemokine(C motif)receptor 1]是C趋化因子受体家族的唯一成员。最近发现XCR1与其配体的相互作用对树突细胞介导的细胞毒性免疫反应和胸腺的阴性选择发挥重要作用。XCR1和其配体表达异常与过敏性哮喘和风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病以及肿瘤的恶变密切相关。 XCR1 [chemokine (C motif) receptor 1] is the only member of chemokine C receptor family. Recentl)5 some studies showed that the interaction between XCR1 and its ligand play an important role in dendritic cell-mediated cytotoxic immune response and thymic negative selection. the autoimmune diseases such as allergic asthma, The abnormal expression of XCR1 and its ligand is dosely related to rheumatoid arthritis and malignant transformation of tumors.
