摘要
导师指导是研究生培养质量提高的重要影响因素,我国自恢复招收研究生以来就十分重视研究生培养中的导师责任。然而,近年来研究生指导中出现了种种问题。为深入了解我国研究生培养过程中导师指导存在的问题,探索影响导师指导效果的主要因素,本文对全国部分高校进行了问卷调查。结果表明:导师指导的频率低于研究生的期望;导师指导过程中存在消极指导行为和积极指导行为;不同指导风格的导师其指导效果存在差异;师生关系是影响指导效果最重要的因素。
Mentoring is an important factor to improve the quality of graduate education. Since the resumption of the graduate enrollment in China, great importance has been attached to the responsibility of mentors. However, in recent years, there have been all kinds of problems in graduate mentoring. In order to gain insight into the mentoring problems in gradate training process and explore the main factors to the effects of graduate mentoring, a questionnaire research is conducted for parts of higher education institutions around the country. The results indicate that the mentoring frequency is below the postgraduate students" expectations; mentoring can be negative or positive; the effects of different mentoring styles differ respectively; and the mentor-student relationship is the most critical factor to mentoring effects.
