摘要
民办教育是我国教育事业发展的重要增长点和促进教育改革的重要力量。改革开放以来,我国民办教育取得了长足发展,但也面临严峻的挑战,需从三个方面加以注意:一是要从促进中国教育长远的战略高度,审视民办教育的重要性;二是要深化改革开放的攻坚期,加快推进民办教育改革发展;三是要贯彻落实科学发展观,加强民办教育发展。民办教育要加强自身的建设,必须坚持教育的公益性原则,努力提高办学质量,加强民办教育整体的队伍建设,大力推进现代教育制度建设。
Non-governmental education is an important growth point for education development in China and an important force to promote education reform. Since the reform and opening up, China＇s non-governmental education has made considerable progress but also faces severe challenges. It requires attention on three aspects： first, from China＇s long-term strategic height of promoting education to examine the importance of non-governmental education; second, to the crucial period of deepening reform and open- ing up to accelerate the development of non-governmental education reform; and third, to implement the scientific development concept to strengthen the development of non-governmental education. Non-governmental education should strengthen its own building, adhere to the principle of public welfare in education, improve teaching quality and strengthen the team building, and vigorously promote the development of a modern education system.
