摘要
用溶胶凝胶法将TiO2负载于颗粒活性炭(AC)上,500℃焙烧得到TiO2/AC催化剂,用比表面积测定仪(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)和XRD表征其结构。在连续流反应器中以紫外灯为光源,光催化氧化处理阿奇霉素废水,并优化工艺参数。结果表明,在TiO2/AC中w(TiO2)=1.24%、pH=4,水力停留时间90 min条件下,阿奇霉素去除率≥94.1%,反应器连续运行240 h催化剂活性无明显下降。
Activated carbon was loaded with TiO2 by sol-gel method, and then calcinated at 500 ℃ under the protection of nitrogen. TiO2/AC was characterized by means of BET, scanning electron microscope(SEM) and XRD. Photocatalytic oxidation of azithromycin with TiOJAC was conducted in a continuous flow reactor with ultraviolet lamp as illuminant. The results show that the removal rate of azithromycin was not less than 94. 1% under the conditions of w (TiO2 ) of TiO2/AC = 1.24%, pH = 4 and hydraulic retention time 90 min. After 240 hours' continuous running, the catalytic activity of TiOJAC exhibited no obvious decline.
