摘要
光电倍增管(Photomultiplier Tube,PMT)是荧光免疫分析仪的重要部件,随着开关电源(SMPS)技术的发展,此技术已广泛应用于设计光电倍增管用高压电源,但双极输出型高压稳压电源还未广泛应用。本文主要介绍双极输出可调高压电源电路的结构原理及电阻链分压为基础的应用电路的设计与实现技术。经过实际应用,该电路具有调压灵活可靠、稳压精度高、抗干扰能力强等特点。
The photomultiplier tube (PMT) is a core component in a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) system. With the development of the switching mode power supply (SMPS) technology, SMPS is more and more popular with a PMT power design. However there are few applications of bipolar power supply. This paper introduces the structure principle of bipolar power supply and application circuits based on resistance chain partial pressure. After practice application, this circuit is proved to be more stable, more precision, and more convenient.
