摘要
采用无压烧结工艺,研究试样的成分配比、加工尺寸对碳化硅-二硼化钛复合陶瓷断裂行为的影响。研究结果表明:在烧结过程中没有新相产生,整个过程是一个固相烧结过程。在实验范围内,碳化硅-二硼化钛复合材料的抗弯强度随着其中二硼化钛含量的增加而随之降低。相同加工尺寸碳化硅-二硼化钛复合材料的断裂韧性随着二硼化钛含量的增加而降低。相同成分配比碳化硅-二硼化钛复合材料的断裂韧性随着试样尺寸减小而降低。
In order to research the impact of composition ration and processing size ol the study sample on the fracture behavior of silicon carbide-titanium diboride composite ceramic, it would use pressureless sintering process to prove it in this research. The research result shows that no any new phase was produced, and the whole process is an solid-phases sintering process. Within the scope of this experiment, the bending strength of silicon carbide-titanium diboride composites decreased with the increasing of the content of the titanium diboride. The fracture toughness of the same processing size of silicon carbide-titanium diboride composite would be decreased with the increasing content of titanium diboride. The fracture toughness of the same composition ratio of silicon carbide-titanium diboride composite would be decrease when decreased size of sample.
