尖端扭转性室性心动过速临床分析

摘要 目的探讨尖端扭转性室性心动过速的临床特点及预后。方法回顾性分析2006年12月至2011年12月河南科技大学第三附属医院收治的24例尖端扭转性室性心动过速患者的临床资料。结果所有患者均抢救成功，1年后随访，猝死2例，出现再度晕厥2例，在外院安装心律转复除颤器（ICD），其余20例患者均未再次发作。结论尖端扭转性室性心动过速病情险急，立即给予正确合理有效的治疗极为重要。
