摘要
30Cr2Ni2Mo锻钢850℃淬火后,再分别进行480、550和600℃的回火处理。分别用X射线衍射(XRD)测试了锻钢的物相,用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了试样的显微组织及断口形貌,用万能材料试验机测试了锻钢的力学性能。结果表明,随回火温度的升高,Fe3Ni2相含量增大,回火索氏体组织中碳化物长大,冲击断口韧窝增多;锻钢强度降低,冲击吸收能量增大,该锻钢适宜的回火温度为550℃。
30Cr2Ni2Mo forged steel quenched at 850 ℃, and then tempered at 480, 550 and 600 ℃ respectively. The phases of the steel were tested by XRD. Microstructure and fracture morphology were analyzed by SEM. Mechanical properties were tested with the universal testing machine. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the content of Fe3Ni2 phase is increased, carbide in tempered sorbite grows up, and dimples on the impact fracture surface are increased. The strengths of the steel are decreased but the impact energy is increased. The optimal tempering temperature for this steel is 550 ℃.
