冷弯槽钢承受集中荷载时腹板压屈的数值分析 被引量:1

摘要 引用国际上最新的试验结果,对集中荷载作用下的冷弯薄壁非卷边槽钢进行数值模拟,数值计算结果与试验数据吻合良好。利用有限元软件进行多参数的数值分析,得出影响槽钢腹板压屈的主要参数,并对其影响程度进行定量分析。在试验研究和数值分析的基础上,给出计算槽钢腹板压屈荷载的建议公式,公式计算的结果与试验数据吻合良好,说明建议公式是合理且偏于安全的。 Based on the experimental study of the cold-formed steel unlipped channels under concentrated bearing load, the finite element nonlinear analysis was carried out. The numerical calculating results agreed well with the test data. The parameters affecting the web crippling capacity were researched through numerical analysis. According t9 the results of analysis, a predicting expression was proposed to determine the ultimate bearing capacity of cold-formed steel unlipped channel subjected to web crippling. The comparison of calculating strength to test data shows that the proposed expression is reasonable and conservative.
