摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳对 169头柴达木黄牛和 2 5 6头青海东部黄牛血红蛋白的多态性特征进行了研究。结果发现 :( 1)柴达木黄牛和青海东部黄牛血红蛋白的多态性受HBA,HBB 和HBC3个等位基因控制 ,以HBA 和HBAA为优势基因和基因型 ;( 2 )
chaidamu yellow cattle and 256 Qinghai east yellow cattle were used to investigate the polymorphism of haemoglobin by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophore sis.The results were as follows:(1)The polgmorphism of haemoglobin in chaidamu was controlled by three allele HB A,HB Band HB C;the HB Awas a preponderant allele and the HB AA type was a preponderant genotype;(2)The properties of polymorphism of haemoglobin in chai damu yellow cattle were similar to those in Qinghai east yellow cattle.
