帕瑞昔布在腰椎退行性疾病围手术期镇痛中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨帕瑞昔布在腰椎退行性疾病手术中多模式镇痛中的效果。方法对40例行腰后路手术的退行性疾病分为2组,麻醉前观察组静脉注射帕瑞昔布,对照组静脉注射生理盐水,术后予以芬太尼自控静脉镇痛(PCIA)。结果两组术后VAS评分均较术前升高(P<0.05),观察组在术毕(T1)、术后第1天晨(T2)、术后第2天晨(T3)的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。T1、T2时间点两组皮质醇含量比术前明显升高(P<0.05),组间比较观察组在T1、T2时间点皮质醇含量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组芬太尼用量及副反应发生率较低。结论术前应用帕瑞昔布配合芬太尼术后镇痛对腰椎退行性疾病的治疗是一种安全、有效的多模式镇痛方法。
