摘要
目的 :探讨胸中下段食管癌的合理手术治疗方法。方法 :分析、比较 95例胸中下段食管癌不同手术入路的治疗效果。结果 :右进胸的切除率为 98 4 % ,左进胸为 86 6% ,总切除率为 93 6% ,吻合口瘘发生率为 2 2 % ,吻合口狭窄的发生率为 1 1%。结论 :胸中下段食管癌切除以做右胸、上腹切口为佳 ,胸下段食管癌行左胸切口 。
Objective:To investigate the surgical treatment of middle and lower thoracic esophageal carcinomaMethods:Analyze the effect of middle and lower thoracic esophageal carcinoma in 95 casesResults:The resection rate through right thoracic incision was 984% and through left thoracic incision was 866%The overall rate of resection was 936%The rate of anastomotic leakage was 22%,and anastomotic stricture was 11%Conclusions:Right thoracic incision was better for middle thoracic esophageal carcinoma and left thoracic incision adapted for lower esophageal carcinoma
