摘要
近年来食品安全事件的频发暴露了国内"从田园到餐桌"食品产业链及其监管的诸多漏洞。文章从探究供港食品安全监管模式入手,分析我国食品监管体系的现状及问题,在借鉴供港食品基本经验的同时还结合我国当前的政治经济环境,进而把握食品安全监管体系的改革方向,并提出合理化、科学化、制度化的优化途径及政策建议。
National food safety events have sprung out in recent years,which reveal defects in domestic "farm to table" food industrial lines as well as its supervision. Beginning with the study of safe supervision mode of food supplied for Hongkong,the paper analyzed condition and issues of national food supervision system. In view of valuable experience about Hongkong food and domestic current political and economic environment, the paper also showed relatively appropriate way of reformation in food safety supervision regime and pointed out reasonable, scientific, systematic optimization and suggestions.
