摘要
目的 :探讨体外循环 ( CPB)心脏手术后急性肾功能衰竭 ( ARF)的病因。方法 :将 362例患者按病因分组对比分析。结果 :低心排组、CPB>1 80 min组、术前肾功能异常组术后发生 ARF均高于对照组 ( P<0 .0 0 1 )。结论 :术后发生 ARF最主要的原因是严重的血流动力学障碍所致肾脏灌注压降低 ,转流时间过长 。
Objective: To explore the factors of acute renal failure (ARF) following cardiac operation under cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) Methods: 362 cases were analyzed according to etiology Results: Morbidity that postoperation ARF of groups with low cardiac output , CPB>180 minutes,preoperation renal function unusual were higher controlled groups (P <0 001) Conclusion:The main factor leading ARF was serious dynamic obstacles,reduce renal perfussion pressue Other factors were longer time CPB, preoperation renal functioning unusual
