摘要
目的 :研究治疗根分叉病变的方法并观察术后各项指标的变化及远期疗效。方法 :选用综合治疗包括牙髓治疗、牙周手术、调合等方法 ,治疗 56例共 77颗患牙 ,其中 2度以上病变 65颗。结果 :术后附着水平 ,根分叉探诊深度均较术前有明显改变 ( P<0 .0 5)。 3a以上随访 2 ,3,4度显效率分别为 87.5%、75%、69.2 %。结论 :综合治疗对根分叉尤其 2度以上病变疗效肯定。
Objective: To explore the therapeutice method and effectiveness of furcation involvement Methods:Pulp therapy ,periodontal operation: guided tissue and bone regeneration, and occlusal adjustment were performed in 77 sites with furcation defect of 56 patients Results:Clinical measurements showed significant attachment gain , significant decrease of probing depth Success rate in the clinial observation of 3 years is 87 5%, 75%, 61 5% respectively for class 2 ,3 ,4 furcation defect Conclusion:The treatment effection of furcation involvement is distinct with pulp and periodontal therapy and occlusal adjustment.
